This onsite business audit is a one day boot camp for your business. I start out by coming out to your office and dissecting the business with you piece by piece for the first half of the day. We will find every hole that needs to be repaired to grow your business into the valuable and maximized profit entity it should be.
Once we know every possible gap to fill, we'll go for a working lunch (on me) and start our strategy session to get things into shape. We'll continue until the end of the day so that you have an implementation plan. I'll follow up with you a few times during the time line period we laid out to make sure you stay on track (unlimited coaching via email each month for 6 months).
Just you and me one-on-one. No interference from my other clients or yours and a full day to really get down to brass tacks. That's 8 hours plus a working lunch on me.
This visit has a $5000 value at my normal hourly coaching and advisory rate. As a visitor to my site you can arrange for this full day comprehensive audit for $3997 (plus travel expense if required).
This program is NOT for everyone. It takes a large amount of desire and dedication to truly want to have your business succeed and a full audit is a very painstaking process to go through to get the desired results.
If you are one of the few ready for this level of achievement, I congratulate you and hope to get you your business audit soon. Flll out the form below to start the process. Once accepted into the program, payment arrangements can be made with a one time payment or a multi-pay option.
SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL“… he wasn’t afraid to question some of the ideas I was exploring and I really appreciated that because he gave me quite a bit to think about and some new ideas…”
Jeffrey Hansbury, YTBE Inc.
Thank you for taking the 15 minutes with me this morning. That idea of 1 and 1/2 hours is causing so many light bulbs to come on! … These ideas explain why I am not getting some things done or not even getting started and why the day ends before the task is done.
