George Sierchio, also known as The Consultant's Coach, is a degreed electrical engineer that has never worked full time for anyone but himself. Since 1993 he has owned and operated several businesses in a variety of fields including engineering consulting, IT consulting, design services, online retail and bar/restaurants. You could say he's a serial entrepreneur that's been around the block many times over.

Within these businesses, he’s started 5 from scratch, bought one and sold two. This includes an IT/Engineering services business that he brought to the million dollar mark in just 4 years time over 12 years ago. He's also helped start several businesses for clients as well as provided consulting and advise to others buying and selling businesses in M&A situations.

Since 2003 he’s advised 1000’s of technology business (break/fix, VARs, MSPs, integrators, IT project consultants, software developers, engineers, etc) entrepreneurs through his articles, blog contributions, books, seminars, and coaching programs. All of these business owners have used George’s experience and style of applying the best processes, procedures and systems from a variety of industries to achieve their business and personal goals in half the time it would take to struggle doing it themselves.

George has been sought out to speak at events and contribute articles to numerous associations/publications such as SMB Nation (SMB PC Magazine), CompTIA, ChannelPro, SMBTN, IEEE, ASHE, and ACS (American Chemical Society) to name a few. He has also been invited several times to come in as a guest lecturer at Rutgers University, Seton Hall, and Farleigh Dickinson University for entrepreneurship, business finance, and negotiations courses.

With his extensive successful entrepreneurial experience and technical background George continues to inspire, encourage, and push technical business owners to achieve the highest business and personal goals. He uses a unique style to squeeze the most productivity and money out of businesses by teaching owners highly effective techniques in time management, leadership, financial metrics, client management, marketing, employee management, and building business value and how to deploy them in their business structure.
